The result is water with an increased content of dissolved oxygen and a characteristic, clean taste.<\/p>\n<h2>Inspiration: a mountain stream<\/h2><p>The most oxygenated water in nature is the water rushing down mountain streams and falling from waterfalls. Constant movement, impact against rocks and contact with air dissolve a lot of oxygen in it, and water molecules arrange themselves into more ordered forms \u2013 similar to those that make up snowflakes and raindrops.<\/p><p>Water drawn from underground lacks this movement. We decided to recreate it \u2013 in a controlled way, in a production installation.<\/p>\n<h2>What &#8220;structured water&#8221; means<\/h2><p>In water physics, structuring refers to a spatially ordered arrangement of H\u2082O molecules. Christian Hechtl with the participation of Polish engineers, and have been improving it ever since.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"mh-steps\"><li><strong>Clean spring water<\/strong>drawn from sealed deposits in the Krak\u00f3w-Cz\u0119stochowa Upland<\/li><li><strong>Aeration<\/strong>the water is saturated with the gases of the air \u2013 just like in a mountain stream<\/li><li><strong>Structuring<\/strong>ordering the water structure and saturating it with oxygen to above 20 mg\/l<\/li><li><strong>Chemical-free bottling<\/strong>into glass and PET bottles, with no chemicals in the process<\/li><\/ol>\n<h2>Oxygen that stays in the water<\/h2><p>Dissolved oxygen is the most important feature of the water. Measurements from 2011 showed that for the first 2 hours after opening the bottle its content hardly changes. Today&#8217;s production achieves higher values than back then.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mh-stats\"><div class=\"mh-stat\"><div class=\"mh-num\">>20 mg\/l<\/div><div class=\"mh-lbl\">of dissolved oxygen in current production<\/div><\/div><div class=\"mh-stat\"><div class=\"mh-num\">2\u00d7+<\/div><div class=\"mh-lbl\">more than in water saturated with air alone<\/div><\/div><div class=\"mh-stat\"><div class=\"mh-num\">~2 h<\/div><div class=\"mh-lbl\">stable oxygen level after opening the bottle (2011 measurements)<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/myhealth-water.com\/en\/about-the-product\/research_observation\/\">See the oxygen content chart and the history of our research \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>The science of oxygen nanobubbles<\/h2><p>Dissolving oxygen in water in the form of very fine bubbles has been studied around the world for years. One of the most interesting papers on the subject was published by scientists from Osaka University.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mh-pub\"><div class=\"mh-pub-ic\">PDF<\/div><div><div class=\"mh-pub-t\">Oxygen and Air Nanobubble Water Solution Promote the Growth of Plants, Fishes, and Mice<\/div><div class=\"mh-pub-m\">K. Ebina, K. Shi, M. Hirao et al. \u00b7 PLOS ONE 8(6): e65339, 2013 \u00b7 Osaka University \u00b7 open access (CC BY)<\/div><p>The researchers generated oxygen and air nanobubbles (smaller than 200 nm) in water. The oxygen content rose from 7.7 to 31.7 mg\/l, and the nanobubbles remained stable in the water for 70 days. The paper does not concern MyHealth water \u2013 it shows the physical properties of water with oxygen nanobubbles.<\/p><a class=\"mh-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1371\/journal.pone.0065339\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read in PLOS ONE \u2192<\/a><a class=\"mh-btn alt\" href=\"https:\/\/myhealth-water.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Oxygen-and-Air-Nanobubble-Water-Solution_Promote-the.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDF<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<h2>How to drink and store it<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"mh-tips\"><li>Store in a cool, shaded place \u2013 at lower temperatures water retains oxygen better.<\/li><li>After opening, keep the bottle closed and drink it within a few hours.<\/li><li>Best enjoyed without heating \u2013 heating releases oxygen from the water.<\/li><li>Glass or PET?
