1. Discounts are progressively calculated for each subsequent carton from 2 to 5, and then the discount remains fixed up to and including 10 in a given delivery;
2. Discounts:
   1 carton = list price;
   2 cartons = 5% discount;
   3 cartons = 10% discount;
   4 cartons = 15% discount;
   5-10 cartons = 20% discount
3. One-time purchases exceeding 10 cartons (of any assortment) require individual consent of the Company’s Management Board.
